4.2 Support Ticket Onboarding App - Introduction

The Jetveo Platform and App Builder has many tools and features. It is best to get a quick introduction.

This Support Ticket Boot Camp will give you a hands-on tour that will guide you through the creation of a simple application. It will take about 10-15 minutes.

ISSUE:
I have created several apps for my client. They are working well. Now, I want to add a mechanism for end-users to effectively communicate with me.

SOLUTION:
Create an app that will allow my client end-users to open a Support Ticket, determine the severity (i.e., Critical, Major, Normal, Minor) and describe the issue. The main steps are the following: Define the Data; Define the User Interface; and Deploy and Run the App.
