Workspace
The Workspace is where you land when you log in. It provides access to the apps and the related instances. Click the name of the app to go to its App Overview.
The top bar has several features (from left to right):
- the Jetveo logo;
- the name of the Workspace / the name of the App;
- a link to open the Development Panel and access the Development Portal;
- a link to provide feedback; and
- access to user information, with a drop-down menu to switch to other Workspaces (and create a new Workspace to help organize projects and access), a link to My Profile and a link to Log Out.
The side bar has two sections: Apps and Admins.
Apps
The default initial page (see above) shows the list of apps related to this workspace. The main section of the page includes the following:
Click Create App
at the top of the side panel (or in the middle of the Workspace when no instances exist).
Application Name – The name that will be used to identify the app. This can be changed later in the Configure section of the App Builder.
Application Template – Choose from several established starting points, including an empty instance and Jetveo CMS for Gatsby.
Automatic Actions – Both options are selected by default; click to deselect them.
- Create developer app instance – Developer instance of the app can be created immediately to save time later.
- Start developer app instance – The developer instance is automatically started immediately after creation.
Each App Package is listed in the side panel, with related instances. Click on the App Package to get specific details and statistics in the App Overview.
Apps generally have multiple instances, including Development and Production instances.
Admins
The list of users who have access to this Workspace.
Click Invite
to provide additional users with access to the Workspace.
Name – The name of the person who will be provided with access to the Workspace. This will be used as part of their login credentials and shown onscreen.
Email – The email to which the invitation should be sent. It will be used as part of their login credentials.
