Use a Keyword to Locate a Support Ticket
Save time by quickly searching through all of the data contained within the app. This function adds a search bar to the top of the main page so that the user need only enter a few letters to get options.
NOTE: This tutorial is built upon the foundation of the Support Ticket application.
Define Search index
- In Data > Search Indexes, click
(+)
OR typeCtrl + Shift + C
and select Search Index - Set
Indexed Entity
to: Ticket - Set
Indexed Attributes
to: Title. This will limit the search to the text provided for Support Ticket titles. - Click Title Expression. Type: item.Title
- Click
Finish
