Support Ticket Onboarding App - Introduction

The Jetveo Platform and App Builder has many tools and features. It is best to get a quick introduction.

This Support Ticket Tutorial will give you a hands-on tour that will guide you through the creation of a simple application. The basic foundation will take about 10-15 minutes. Advanced Topics can be added on top.

Support Ticket App

ISSUE:
I have created several apps for my client. They are working well. Now, I want to add a mechanism for end-users to effectively communicate with me.

SOLUTION:
Create an app that will allow my client end-users to open a Support Ticket, determine the severity (i.e., Critical, Major, Normal, Minor) and describe the issue. The main steps are the following: Define the Data; Define the User Interface; and Deploy and Run the App.

This tutorial builds upon the Boot Camp app. In fact, you can add these elements to that Boot Camp app. Some basic concepts are repeated.
