1.1.2 Support Ticket Tutorial

The Support Ticket Tutorial is a more advanced introduction to the App Builder. It builds upon the basics of the Boot Camp and provides instructions for additional features.

There are two parts to the tutorial: Basic Steps and Advanced Topics. There are a total of 18 steps, which are broken down into individual pages that are are outlined below. Go in order to build upon the foundations (i.e., later steps require attributes to have been created in earlier steps). It will take about 10-15 minutes for the Basic Steps and about an hour for the Advanced Topics. It is worth it.
